ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND EXPOSURE

Academically, he   has earned Post Graduate Degrees from Mumbai University through its renowned Collages namely Podar Collage, Sydenham College, KC Law Collage. He earned LLB (Hons), in Criminal Law and LLM in Cyber Law.  
In Addition, he is Professional Banker with CAIIB qualification from Indian Institute of Bankers while working with Bank of India, Legal Department, Mumbai and Certified Finance Professional from University of Michigan, USA.   He has diverse   exposure of over 30 years, in the areas of Banking, Economic and White Collar Crimes, International Trade Finance Frauds, Cyber Crimes Training for Banks, Police and Courts in India and Abroad.  In addition, has exposure in Property and Real Estate, Family disputes and Domestic Violence and Divorce Cases, Mergers and Acquisitions, consortium documents, commercial contracts and sub-contracts, financing, and security documentation, advising clients on FEMA and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws and Anti Money Laundering and conducting Training for Bankers, Corporate Managers for LC Frauds and how to prevent it.  I have also authored newsletters, and articles on different legal topics.

Has run Training Centre for Law and Professional Courses such as MBA and taught all MBA Subjects to Bankers and Corporate Executives for several years in Dubai.

He being practitioner of HOD Policy.
